What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of receipt with a Return Merchandise Authorization. The customer only pays return shipping fees. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.
What cannot be returned within 30 days?
Custom made and engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned. All MC Square Studio engraved rings may be returned for credit, but the engraving fee will not be refunded. The removal of MC Square Studio engraving from any exchanged or re-sized ring within half size is free with no additional engraving fee. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Can I process the return online?

No. You may choose any carrier you prefer, but we highly recommend that you insure the shipment.

Yes. We deduct FedEx shipping costs from your refund credit on return items. For non-FedEx returns you will have to arrange your own shipping and cover any costs.

What are classes like?
Classes at MC Square Studio are designed to: give you solid training in jewelry making methods, encourage you to try new things, demystify the creative process, and give you many opportunities to make your own creative choices. Working in this way allows you to make the type of jewelry that you want to make.
There are two kind of classes: Fundamental Course and 1-day Course.
How long is a class?
Can I take more than one class?
Yes, you may take as many classes as you like.
Will I learn new things each class?
Yes, classes are designed to build on the information from the previous class.
How many pieces of jewelry will I make in a class?
What should I bring to class?
What should I wear in the studio?
Clothing in the studio should be made of cotton or natural fiber. No loose fitting clothing is allowed, especially no loose shirt cuffs, shirt tails or loose bracelets. Long hair tied back.
How long does it take to finish a course? Can I go to the next phase before completing the previous one?
On an average, a student is expected to spend MINIMUM 3 hours PER WEEK. You could spend more time per week and complete your course earlier
To answer the second question, No, you cannot skip or jump to another phase before completing the previous one. The reason being we evaluate your performance phase-wise and the course is designed in a very structured and systematic way, to make you understand every feature of that particular topic.
Is there a deadline for completion?
We do not have any deadlines for you to complete the Fundamental Course.You have the flexibility to study at your convenience.
Do I need to buy textbooks in addition to your courses?
We do not suggest you buy any textbooks. We also give you notes in the form of PDF files.
Will I be interacting with Instructors?
Yes of course! Interacting with MC Square Studio Instructors is one of the most important aspects of MC Square Studio. Your queries and mails will be attended to instantly.
Do I get a certificate upon completion of the Fundamental Course? If I do the 1-day Class, do I get a separate certificate for every workshop in the course?
For each Individual Fundamental Course that you complete, you will receive an individual course certificate upon your request. The 1-day Class is a separate thing altogether, we will issue a participation cert upon request.
How do I register?
To register for courses, just go to the Registration Link from here or from the "Registration Center link" on our homepage. The payment mode can be either: Cash transaction or Bank in transaction.
As soon as we receive your payment clearance you will be notified by an email to start the course based on scheduled. See How to Register for detailed registration instructions.
After I register, when do I start?
Once you register and pay, you start after payment is clear. The actual course based you request to start at a specific date.

No. We do not take payments in installments.

Yes, we do have a refund policy. It is preferable to transfer the course to some other person if the management feels the reason is genuine enough.

Once you've finished your first course, go to registration link and fill the form once again, typing the same details and pay for the course accordingly. That's it!
The topic I want to study is not in your curriculum, will you be introducing it soon?
Please feel free to suggest any new topic that you would like to study as our faculty members are always ready to expand our curriculum and develop new courses.
Will I find a job once I finish? Is there any job placement service?
We assist the students by helping them make their portfolio during their course. We even have a database of all the jewellers in Asia as well as abroad, so we send them our students' portfolios where the jewellers can then contact the students based on their submitted portfolios. Or to work with us as features designer in where you start your own jewelry brand development.
For CAD course, how do I get the necessary Software?
Depending upon the course taken by you, you can either download the free version of the software from the respective sites (the links of which are displayed on our webpages of the course) or you can purchase the software from the respective software sites or locally from the dealers.
Will I receive the software ?
You will have to download the trial version software from the links given in our course pages. If you request for a CD, then we can dispatch the trial version CD by courier only if the courier charges are borne by you.
