How you order custom made jewelry from us?


Step 1: Email to: [email protected]  a sketch or photo of design.

Step 2: Confirm jewelry dimension or sizes. I.e. ring size, pendent width, height and thickness in millimeters (mm). 

Step 3: You decide on material type: 
  1. Platinum
  2. 916 (22K) gold
  3. 750 (18K) gold
  4. 350 (9K) gold
  5. Platinum Silver
  6. Premium Silver
  7. Palladium Silver
  8. Bronze/Brass
  9. Wood
  10. Aluminium
  11. Ceramic
  12. Others materials

Step 4: Fill in the Custom Made Jewelry Inquiry Form 

Step 5: Get reply mail of quote (30 days validity) from  [email protected]

our price range -
  1.          Jewelry with confirm design : RM 250 to RM 2000
  2.          to materialize your creativity from scratch or personal design service :(Excluding  mold,material and  workmanship cost)
  •         RM 1800 onwards (Simple design)
  •        RM 3500 onwards (Complicated design) : 3-pick-1 and the chosen concept design can be amend until satisfaction 

Step 6: Pay 50% down payment on total cost as confirmation. Full payment on delivery or before shipment

Step 6: Text us your bank in details (amount, date, time and reference number of transaction) once you have banked in, and the art work will be present within a week after confirmation. (or contact Jane  +6016 2668 066) (important note: minor changes of artworks like design proportion can be done with free of charge. Major changes is RM 50 onwards)

Step 7: Delivery will take 3 to 4 weeks from the date of art work design confirmation.

Step 8: Type of delivery:
  • For Klang valley customers - collect from my home studio or Poslaju (Customer bear the postage fees of about RM 12)
  • For other state or overseas customers - postlaju or FedEx (posting cost will be bear by customers): photos of the jewelry will be present before delivery. Full payment on delivery or before shipment
