how to make your custom made jewelry order?
Step 1: Email to: materialisecreativity@gmail.com a sketch or photo of design.
Step 2: Confirm jewelry dimension or sizes. I.e. ring size, pendent width, height and thickness in millimeters (mm).
Step 3: You decide on material type:
- 916 (22K) gold
- 750 (18K) gold
- 350 (9K) gold
- Palladium Silver
- Pure Silver
- 925 Sterling Silver
- Bronze
- Wood
- Ceramic
- Others materials
Step 4: Fill in the Custom Made Jewelry Inquiry Form
Step 5: Get reply mail of quote from materialisecreativity@gmail.com
note:
our price range -
- Jewelry with confirm design : RM 150 to RM 2000
- to materialize your creativity from scratch or personal design service :(Excluding mold,material and workmanship cost)
- RM 1800 onwards (Simple design)
- RM 3500 onwards (Complicated design) : 3-pick-1 and the chosen concept design can be amend until satisfaction
Step 6: Pay 50% down payment on total cost as confirmation. Two method payment: 1) Cash by hand 2) Cash Bank-in 3) Bank Transfer

- Beneficiary account number: 1457-0001707-05-1
Step 6: Text us your bank in details (amount, date, time and reference number of transaction) once you have banked in, and the art work will be present within a week after confirmation. (or contact Jane +6016 2668 066)
Step 7: Delivery will take 3 weeks from the date of art work design confirmation.
Step 8: Type of delivery:
- For Klang valley customers - collect from my home studio or Poslaju (Customer bear the postage fees of about RM5-10)
- For other state or overseas customers - post laju or FedEx (posting cost will be bear by customers): photos of the jewelry will be present before delivery
